Accepted Give us the ability to choose a static crosshair

I've heard this opinion before, and will definitely bring it up in the next meeting as a possible future option for players further customization of their server experience.
 
In a recent update, I added an option that lets you disable the crosshair spin/rotation animation.

For making it completely static in third-person view, we'll have to do some more work to make that possible because where you're firing at is not where the exact center of the screen would be in third-person view, unless you don't have your view offset.
