Medical System

Whether you're navigating the city under Combine rule or braving the harsh Outlands, survival is now far more immersive and engaging.
We’ve rebuilt our health mechanics from scratch to move away from simple health bars to a tactical medical system.
From stray bullets and freezing temperatures to toxic environments, every hazard now needs care, specialized supplies, and deliberate planning.

  • ADDED A stamina system that affects sprinting.
  • ADDED Healing notifications when you are treated.
  • ADDED Limbs, Condition, Warmth, Sanity, and armor resistance sections to the Stats tab.

Unconscious System

Gunfights and brutal beatdowns no longer result in instant death.
Taking critical damage will knock your character out cold, leaving your fate hanging in the balance.
