Accepted Job Cooltown Timer

Simple suggestion:

Every single job on the server, including rebel, should have at least a three-five minute cooldown. It is jaw-dropping that individuals can return to their jobs within seconds of dying. There has to be a cooldown.

yes please this kills both nlr needing to be a rule for 90 percent of times and fixes the fact ota can just spew out after you kill them on catwalks

Rebel isn't a job tho u just put a uniform to become one they would have to add a cooldown after u take it off that u can't put it on again for 3 mins

NLR as a rule is basically useless in this condition.
For jobs like the Civil Protection, Overwatch, Or City Administrator,
Perhaps dying could send you back to the character selection screen, since you wouldn't be able to go back on that team for a few minutes.
Should probably also add an indicator that your character isn't permanently lost either, some people might interpret it that way

I think three minutes would be long enough. Just enough to encourage players to switch to a different role, but short enough for cca mains to return to the job if there's a critical shortage i.e low pop or after a shotcop 'scoreboard wipe'. They can grab rations on a different character in the mean time, or something like that.
