Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you.
I have been able to prove myself as a good OVC, I can be active most of the time, especially on Weekends. I try to build a good and healthy balance between Serious RP while also trying to keep it relaxing and trying to encourage other people to learn about the Faction to enhance the accuracy. My leading capabilities are also pretty good, in- and outside of the Server.
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?: I'd tell the OWS over the Radio to suspend using those codes and explain to them that 10 Codes are to be used exclusively by Civil Protection Forces. If the Asset hasn't already interlocked into my ST, I would tell him to and then advise him over the Squad Radio to read the Overwatch Handbook, sending the link aswell.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?: Once I realize what is happening I would immediately order the Asset to suspend immediately and remind him that Overwatch Assets are to keep contact to Citizens to a minimum, speaking to them only when absolutely necessary, I'd keep him in my ST and closely monitor his behavior, noting their Tagline and SteamID.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?: I'd immediately Radio into TAC-2 (Team Radio) About my findings and request Reinforcements for injection and containment of Anti Civil activity. Once Reinforcements arrive, we'll inject into the Building and sweep it, while proceeding with the Amputation of any Anticitizen Presence inside the building.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?: I would order them to Ripcord back into Nexus right now about 2 Times before proceeding to mark the Asset as autonomous. If they comply I would leave them off with a serious verbal warning and that a repeat of this will lead to de-servicement. If he doesn't listen however I would radio to available CPF Units that an Asset is acting autonomous and that they should be cautious, before marking the Asset as Defunct, and that CPF should Amputate it as soon as possible.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?: My IC solution would be to Radio a CPF Supervision Unit about an Uncohesive Civil Protection Asset and advise them to get the unit under control. In the case that there's no CPF Supervisor active, I would tell them to Suspend and to focus on their Duties while also reminding them through /LOOC that they're not supposed to remember their past life due to the NLR rule. Incase the Uncohesive Unit continues it's behavior, further and more drastic measures might be taken.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?: I would radio to the Administrator to cease their Uncohesive behavior at first, incase it happens again I would start communicating with other active Supervisory Assets from both CPF and OTA about further proceeding. I'd warn the CA again to suspend their behavior and personally head to their office. If it keeps happening, I would try to come to a consensus with other SV Assets to De-service the active City Administrator and get a replacement. Once that Consensus is reached, I would head to the CA Office and proceed with their De-servicement.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA?: CPF has to wait for the Overwatch Forces to complete their Headcount after Condition Alpha was called. Once all Overwatch Assets are accounted for, CPF gets the go ahead for De-escalation by OTA.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?: I would immediately order my ST to Ripcord and head back to Nexus for Headcount ASAP.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to eachother inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation?: I would communicate to other active Overwatch Assets about our findings and to be on Standby. My ST and I would then proceed to inject into the building while being as silent as possible, by advising them to not talk and only communicate through gestures, Once we get Viscon of the Anticitizens and if they haven't noticed us yet, I would deploy a Smoke Grenade just in case before opening fire onto the AC's using the element of surprise.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation?: In the Case that enough Overwatch Assets are active, I would start to coordinate a Shadow Raid, possibly getting the Jury unit to confirm the Intel. After Coordinating and planning is done I would get the Taglines and SteamID's of all participating Assets, before then proceeding to start the SR, deploying towards the Storm System on the Search for the Rogue, ignoring anything on the way there unless it fights back or it is unavoidable. After the Rogue has been De-serviced or Caught we would Ripcord back to HPR as quickly as possible the same way we Deployed.
