Are you currently in a known rebel group?: VMR, DSI

Are you currently a supervisor within civil protection?: No (I was in the past, but resigned.)

General Questions
Do you have a microphone? Not required: Yes.

Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you:
I have extensive combat experience, both from the Resistance Side of the server, and Combine Side of the server. I am always aware of my surroundings, utilizing both visual and sound cues. Alongside that, I have immaculate game sense, with proper thought processing capabilities. I am also skilled in HL2RP Combat systems, with a vast knowledge on map location. Along with that, I have experience from past servers, where I was both EOW (on servers where you had to earn it) and OVC (again, on servers where you had to earn it) respectively (These servers being Complexity and Nomad, I believe). I also know how the Resistance operates, down to it's strategies and the weapons they use the most.

Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?: I explain to the OWS how OTA works, and teach him that we do not use 10 codes. I guide him to the official handbook, and have him read it so he can easily fit into the ranks of OTA.

A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?: I tell the EOW to remain cohesive, and to cease having conversations with the Civic Populace, giving him a stern and verbal warning. If I see the unit repeat this action sometime in the future, I would both demerit the unit and report to the other SVs, asking them to keep an eye out on them for repeated offenses.

You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?: Instead of rushing in to take care of the Resistance Fighter on my own. I recognize the trap they have set up for both myself if I were to enter, and for themselves. Instead of being on the offensive, I decide to pull the defensive strategy where I retreat into a safe, but still in shooting distance, to wait for the Resistance Fighter to try and leave the building. This either results in the Resistance Fighter: Inevitably starving to death, running into my line of sight and allowing me to get an easy flatline.

An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?: I mark the unit as Unfit/Rogue, and amputate them. Along iwth that I quickly ask other Supervisory assets to flag on (if there are no other units on duty at the time), to assist and to be witnesses to the whole ordeal. Along with that, I report the unit for NITRP as OTA, and request a blacklist from the faction for some time.

An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?: First things first: It all depends on the situation, if they were in an area that was not available for the OTA to assist, then I: I explain to the I1 (IC) to remain cohesive, and that the OTA are in no way obligated to protect them in areas that aren't available to us. I also proceed to explain (OOC) as to the fact that they are breaking NLR by coming back to me and saying that I let them die. If it happened in an area available to us I would: Tell the I1 (IC) to remain cohesive, and explain that the OTA assets that had failed to assist in the firefight will be sent to the shooting range to go under a performance review. Tell the I1 (OOC) to stop breaking NLR rules by complaining about it in IC, and instead move it to OOC.
Let it be noted that in all scenarios, I would attempt to de-escalate the situation.

A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?: I would first ask other, higher ranking units that are currently on duty to mark the CA as defunct and to be amputated on sight first. If I am the only supervisory ranked unit on duty. I would quickly mark the City Administrator as defunct and unfit for duty. Before promptly seeking them out and amputating them, along with ordering the other (both CCA and OTA) units to do the same, if they spot the rogue City Administrator.

Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA?: CCA must await for all OTA assets to ripcord and assemble for a code Alpha. Once all OTA units are accounted for, I would give the CCA units the all-clear to return to a Socio-Stable Status. If all OTA assets are not accounted for, CCA are to hold for the all-clear.

You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?: I quickly ripcord to the Vector Waypoint, and order all remaining assets that have yet to do so, to do the same. Once I have done that, I await further orders from the ODL and await all the other assets to assemble at the Waypoint.

You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to eachother inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation?: Depending on the assets I have with me, I would quickly tell the asset with a long-range weapon to retreat with stealth (using ALT-Walk or Crouching away), into a distant location with visual on the house. I proceed to tell the other asset to make their way, stealthily, around the house and ensure that there are no other exits that the AC fighters can use, alongside telling him to avoid any and all windows to avoid being seen. I myself secure the main entrance, and ensure that no AC fighters dare and try to escape the consequences of their attempt to "free" their world.

A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation?: I first confirm the accusations by asking a CCA Supervisory Asset to assemble any and all CCA Units. If the accused unit does not show up, and is subsequently marked rogue, I assemble an ST of close-quarters assets. Alongside an APF asset to suppress any would-be escape attempts. I proceed to ask other SV assets if a Shadow Raid would be acceptable, after confirmation I log it and command the remaining assets to move in with me. I get any Mace assets to move in first and to open fire upon anyone they see. After which we systematically clear every known location/house/room in the rebel base until we find the Rogue. If we fail to locate them, I quickly report in about the failure to apprehend the defector, and tell all CCA units to be on high alert.
