Questions

Why are you applying for this position?: For fun and interesting roleplay!

Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
I have a lot of experience with HL2RP and the City Administrator role in Crow Network/Apex Roleplay/Impulse.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
Apex Network - Server Administrator
Project Retribution (Fallout RP) - Community Manager
Impulse - Lead Moderator & Union DvL
Astronet - CmD

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
1-3 days a week

What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?:
I'd like to make interesting broadcasts that encourage citizen interaction with city administration, working as CWU, along with visits around the city and hiring temporary assistants.

Describe what makes a good city broadcast and what you might use the broadcast camera for:
Broadcasting in small chunks is a good method, instead of a wall of text. This allows for the broadcast to last longer, and gives people a chance to read it properly. It also gives a greater sense of progression, and creates interest as to what you might say next. It should have good grammar, whilst also having some character that showcases personality. It's also important that broadcasts are informative and dynamic when appropriate, relating to what is currently happening within the city.

Provide examples of city broadcasts you might perform:
"Dear Mr Perkins, what is the combine planning to do with humanity?" Thank you for writing. Our great benefactors are in the process of accepting humanity into a relationship of mutual benefit. With that, our way of life will improve drastically. New technologies, new worlds, greater purpose. They will elevate humanity, into a new age of prosperity. I would like to take a moment to thank our benefactors, for they have saved us from ourselves and given us more than we could possibly imagine. The opportunity they have presented is boundless and one we should collectively embrace.

Are you a member of a rebel group, or are you in a leadership position in a rebel group?:
Member of the dormant rebel group, DSI.
How many hours of loyalist gameplay as a citizen do you have?:
I honestly have no idea, but a decent amount.

Scenarios

You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up to the CA's office screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
I would attempt to deescalate the situation by asking what is wrong and attempt to address the problem, whilst also radioing for a CCA supervisor or the highest ranking enlisted unit to resolve the issue as that is their jurisdiction.
If unavailable I would have Sentinels escort him out, or deservice the unit if he resists.

Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city, what do you do during this situation?:
Return to the Nexus immediately if not already there, and remain within it's safety. I would also broadcast to the city, encouraging cooperation, informing citizens of the situation and what they should do, such as staying inside.

You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a hostage, what do you do in this situation?
I would recognize that in tactical situations that Civil Authority has jurisdiction, and not City Administration. Therefore I would immediately report the situation to Civil Protection over the radio, preferably a supervisor in lead radio and follow any reasonable instructions given by CCA to assist. I would not touch the letter after discovering it's contents in order to avoid leaving prints that could hinder Jury investigation. I would stay in the broadcast room of the Nexus and remain available to assist in whatever manner deemed necessary by CCA, such as broadcasting with their approval to reinforce the reporting of anti-citizens, the benefits of collaboration or anything specifically requested that is appropriate.

A Civil Protection SqL comes to your office to warn you that your broadcasts need to be more cohesive, what do you do?
If a Squad Leader approached my office with concerns regarding broadcast cohesion, I would adopt a respectful and collaborative posture.
As a City Administrator, I would understand that Administration and Civil Protection are two vital instruments working toward the same goal of sociostability.
I would thank the SqL for their vigilance, and ask what exactly about my broadcasts is not up to standards. If their feedback is actionable and appropriate, I would assure them that my broadcasting scripts will be revised and improved to the required standards.
However, if I believe the warning has no validity I would calmly thank the SqL for bringing their perspective to my attention and state that I will take their feedback into serious consideration, and proceed to consult with the next available command unit.

The questions:
- You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a hostage, what do you do in this situation?
- A Civil Protection SqL comes to your office to warn you that your broadcasts need to be more cohesive, what do you do?

Have room to be expanded upon, I also worry that in certain situations you're current position as CmD and CCA faction lead may infleunce some of your decicions along with adding more responsibilities than you currently have as a CmD, CCA faction lead and events team member.
However these responsibilities may be managable for you and are not reason to deny this application, more small concerns that I am sure will play out in due time.

If you could expand upon the questions provided I'd much appreciate it.
