Accepted Le idea for taglines n stuff

so SVs get taglines like DEFENDER-36, but if your not a SV you can don't get a tagline but you can have you own assigned number like UNION-4564
idk idea i'm tired af rn

+1 but we should give taglines to i3s and up cause it'll make individual cps stand out in stead of having to say Hey union i3 or union i3 5555, its alittle confusing when you have a ton of i3s or other ranks?
