Currently soldier loot is generally mid to low other than the kelvar scraps and heres a clip to prove it: https://streamable.com/zvltrl generally makes hunting ota not worth it and also the fact that eows do not drop there ar2s and I have an idea that has been used by many servers but doesn't get old. There should be around a 20-30% chance of a killed soldiers ar2, supressor minigun (which will come soon with the update) and the ar1 if that gets added eventually for the ordinal to drop in a biolinked form which will need to be unbiolinked by crafting and using some kind of unbiolinker which has a one time use or something. The point is the gun could be rare but it doesn't have to be nexus raid exclusive

+1 The drop is absolute mid at this point its better kill cops because they're more rewarding and with less risk to get killed about soldiers they're meant to be high rewarding because they're a bit more hard to kill and should atleast drop the AR2 and make the salvaged OTA vest need to have a common drop.

Vests should pretty much be guaranteed, AR2s should drop, but i don't think we should be able to use a minigun designed to be used by 7foot tall supersoldiers, but we should certainly get good shit for killing their owners.

Killing an OTA unit is so difficult I believe that amputating one should be its own reward. Yes, rebels need some love and would absolutely loot the hell out of any OTA corpse they see no doubt.
