Make the OZ Combine Outpost Ammo Box drillable

Currently, the OZ Ammo Box is a reinforced one, which cannot be drilled.

I suggest we should make the Ammo Box in their outpost drillable by rebels. Not because me or the rebels want that juicy ammo box loot, but:
- It gives an actual purpose to Combine soldiers to be in the Outlands and the Combine to establish an outpost there;
- It will move away some of the rebel action/PvP from the City to the Outlands.

Honestly? Yes, it should be
In practice? Should be more restrictive than the Nexus box (I.e. different loot)

The Nexus is the main stronghold of the Combine in the city; it makes sense for the Nexus box to contain pulse weaponry, Overwatch armor, and more.

The Outlands box would be a secondary box, used for quick resupply and refreshment. It shouldn't contain end-game loot (Like Elite Vests, AR2s, and more) but could include stuff such as, but not limited to: SMGs, Shotguns, Confiscated Rebel Weaponry (think Rifles), some pulse ammo (but no guns), Tier-3 Rebel Suits (but no OTA Vests), and more.

This would be great to encourage those that want challenging combat and good loot to take their activities out of the city, allowing passive RP to be interrupted less.
There must be a method to prevent farming of the OZ ammo box while there are no OTA on duty to defend it however. I think there may be a system like that in place already, but I am not sure.

I agree that it should be able to be drilled into since it'd certainly give a balance since OTA can sweep and raid all locations in OZ. The only exceptions being shell beach and the massive storm drain.

I agree, i do think the OZ box loot should be the same as the one in nexus, also i dont think it would need a auth however you would def need a required number of OTA to raid it (ex: 5 OTA need to be on for the box to be raidable

Currently a lack of any OTA in the outlands and it is high time them and the rebels can get some longer range and more interesting combat out there rather than just seeing who can hit more shots first on the catwalks. This is also applicable to any other map with outlands and OTA outposts.
