I was in my apartment, and a bunch of civs kept breaking in, and I kept giving them multiple warnings to leave. They did not, so I killed the ones that kept breaking and entering. Nobody actually lost anything besides me losing my sanity with the constant civs breaking into my private domicile. People involved can also advocate for this.
