Accepted Minor scanner suggestions

Make the scanner a little more susceptible to damage and add a faster flying mode

Lower HP I literally used a whole mag and it didnt die

3 shots from the dubble barrel still alive

Yeah I agree, definitely a large HP reduction and a slightly speedier option. Or a general speed buff.
