Accepted NPCs should not respawn so damn quickly when they die

I kill some antlions, close the door, wait a second to bandage up, open the door again, AND THEY'RE ALL ALIVE AGAIN! Jesus! Give them a 3-5 minute respawn time or something.

This was a bug in spawning numbers during map configuration, was addressed. Please report in the bug section if you believe they're spawning too quickly on any map again please, thank you for your help.
