Why are you applying for this position?:
its a pretty simple i mostly play as CP as a i1 of course as most people i love to train new people who are new to the game and help others out i mostly lead squad as a ota or as CP so yeah i wish to support the cps more in my way and the combines of course.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
Thats a pretty fair Question when im gone be fair maybe im not the best Person with English and stuff but yeah i learn pretty fast and yeah when i see many people some even as squad lead or OFC i somtimes question myself do i want to be like them shooting or shouting at people for now reson or beating people up for just standing around i mean yeah we play half life rp. So i think i can help the combines out pretty well when people are new or even older and need help i gladly help them out and leading squads with respect.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
So im not new to RP mostly i played on German servers but i look since last year even in Enghlish server my experience are leading Postions in Server like clone wars Rp leading the Shocktrooper/ or the Galactic marines on server like egm and other servers sadly only german coms. My first ever English server where i could show my leading experience was a 40k rp server where i was leading the Death korps of krieg Artillary.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
since the past two weeks i joined the community i played 90% of my time CPs so you could see me problay most days of the week at least 2-3 hours
Do you have a working microphone?:
yeah i have i mostly used chat to comunitate with binds and and commands whats worked perfeclty but since i1 i started using my microphone
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
yeah firstly i would in my Situtation trying to calm him down and seeing whats the issue is like talking to him so he calms down first because i4 is not such a danger to others if he dosent comply
i would start boxing him in with my squad if he uses his weapon than next step would sadly be the Termination of that unit after ignoring orders and atacking other units. If he respawns and does the same again i would call for staff to suspend him.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?:
i would investige the situation tell him to keep radio chats in check than go to him to see what happend try to find witneses on the situation why he killed the citizen if it would end in just random kill for no reson i would firstly report him to a supervisor if none maybe even staff because this would be a thing for rdm if the kill was valid i would just give him a warning to check his radio and just use it for important inforamtions.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:
firstly i would check the arrest of the citzien and change the charges for the correct ones than ask the I4 question like does he now how to cuff/ arrest somone or use his equipment if he dosent now those thing i would take some time with him explain how to arrest how charge somone corctly basicly somthing what i do with most i4 if there complyt new and of course give them the handbook so they can educate themself.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?:
First of all i would check the situtations whats even going on then i would restor the other units punishemnt because he OFC handle purely out of his temper then i would try to take him to the side and talk with him whats going on and checking whats going on and idk rebels or citzen are pushing him or idk anything i would tell him to report himself 10-7 to calm himself down firstly but if that happens again i think i would need to take his OFC away because i gave him alredy one chance.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?:
I would give the order to back up and split in two and surronde the person i would alert the other pts of the situtation and maybe request one more pt to my location to lock the area down than i would start to detain the citzen search them and probaly send them to questioning.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?:
If an outbreak would happend i would start calling it over radio to all cps and overwatch then based on the outbreaks situion doing a contaiment zone and blocking all ways off until reinforcemts arive i would start blocking ways and exist possbile with the other pts should be contaiment area be secured i would takign other units to starts sweeping the area to secure the old contaiment area and eliminting all treaths
