Why are you applying for this position?: I am applying for this role as I believe I fit the criteria required for a supervisory position within the faction as I believe I can help push for more RP based scenarios within the faction without it falling back into constant CvR.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I should be chosen for the role of OfC within the faction as I can promise consistant activity on the server, especially on Civil Protection, as well as provide constant and effective RP when on the server.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Currently an OTA LDR on Volatility HL2RP
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: Weekly activity during Summer until September when I return to college. Will attempt to join server during weekends and whatever days I have off after that.

Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I would have the i4 immediately suspend their actions and ask them on what they are doing. After they explain their actions I would inform them that any further action like that will result in a possible deservicement. I would have the i4 then interlock with my PT to ensure they do commit any actions that would risk deservicement
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I would order the unit to suspend any non-cohesive activity and bring them inside the nexus to talk in-person. I would inform them that any continuation in communicating on the radio in a non-cohesive way will result in a deservicement before having them either return to their PT, or have them interlock with mine so I can keep an eye on them.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I would pull the i4 aside, preferably in the nexus, and inform that the charges they applied were wrong but inform them the basic of the charges used when prosecuting someone. Due to them being new to the faction I would post to them in LOOC the faction handbook and reccomend them to read the document in order for them to help learn the basics of the faction and differences between charges.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would immediately pull the OfC aside and question him on why they would deservice the i4. After they state their reason, no matter what. I would inform that any further more unnecessary defunctions for minor infractions will result in an immediate demotion from the Civil Protection Supervisory. After this I would dismiss them and inform the current CMD.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: I would have my PT secure the citizens currently inside the RDC and have the RDC locked down. We would then search the citizens for any type of contraband and begin an immediate interrogation in the area to obtain any information from them. Once the situation is dealt with we would charge any of the citizens should they be revealed to be a rebel / holding any contraband and release any of the innocents. Following that my PT would allow citizens to enter the RDC again and we would remain in the area should another strange beeping / incident occur.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: I would have my PT immediately respond to the area the outbreak is occuring and immediately lock the area down, forcing all citizens to leave the area. We would then begin immediate amputation of all necrotics in the area until the outbreak is contained. Once all necrotics are dead me and my PT would remain in the area until we can assure that no further outbreak would occur before allowing citizens to freely roam around the are again.
