optional i4 training course

Add a optional i4 training course that only i4s or i3s may do. Most likely added to the f6 pda with a few extra tabs like a button for specifically code lines or specific scenarios like nobody i1 and above being online to lead squads or a button for anyone ofc and above to assist you in learning or if you need a squad. Very simple but i believe it can help some newer players

Thanks, we're planning on adding a tutorial/introduction system at some point which will include something similar to this. Moving this thread to the planned forum
