Accepted OTA Supervisors cant use Command radio

Hylix told me to test it today and as LDR i coudnt read or type in Command radio telling me I need a commander rank

This is the same for OvC, we haven't tested it on ODL or OwC, but yeah no this needs to be fixed ASAP, since there are things that OTA and CP supervisors have to discuss in private, without every i1 and EOW snooping around.

Hi, the radiocmd command was still designed for CP use because OTA previously did not have any whitelisted leadership positions. After the next daily restart, it will be resolved. Please make note that the following command changes have also been made:

• /radiocmd, /rcmd - Send a radio message to Combine commanding units. Per our structure, this is DvL+ in CP and ODL+ in OTA.
• /radiolead, /rl - Send a radio message to Combine leadership units. This is OfC+ in CP and OVC+ in OTA.
