HL2RP Ranger sniper scope not scoping

1. Description of the bug: Rangers no longer have a crosshair in their scopes
2. Steps to reproduce the bug: get on ranger, get the gun, ADS
3. Expected outcome vs outcome received: there supposed to have a crosshair (the entire hud is gone even)
4. Where and when the bug happened: N/A
