Accepted remove lamps perm for non staff member

why ? it cause lags...like...a lot of lags it might be me but its only when a lamp is placed i lags and when its removed its gone

Thanks, these have been restricted since they can be abused to drop client frames significantly. In the future, we could add a lamp item that is placable, which we'd be able to prevent from dropping FPS. We're also looking at readding the lamp tool with some limits on the settings
