Needs More Support remove stunstick flash for active mode on stunstick

i get that it IS a stunstick and the mask removes it already but its always a running joke on this and other servers that a i4 is stronger than a i1 due to rebels just getting both flashbanged and immobilised at the same time its really not balanced plus heavily hinders melee combat

legit whenever i try to fight a melee rebel with a stunstick i just wish i had a lead pipe or something cus the stunstick is just unfun to use or go against due to how bs it is
