Replace the m16a2 with the m16a4 with the ACOG, or make it a upgrade

I brought it up in the balance team, imma bring it up here: We use NMRIH for alot of the weapons in this server, and it has a M16A4 with a perfectly functional ACOG. I personally think we should somehow add that to the server cause having an AR with a scope would actually help fill in a niche i personally think is missing ATM.

There are two ways i can think of achieving this:
Replace the current M16A2 with the A4, and keep the stats the same. The A2 is decent (ignoring all the gripes i have about its ammo), but its poor sights piss me the hell off, and it dosent actually do anything that the FN FAL cant already do. Just replacing it with a variant with a scope would be HUGE.

Make a recipe that allows you to upgrade the A2 to the A4. Perhaps with like a few plastic, and a circuit board for the electronics in the scope. If we go down this route, i WILL want this to have better stats then the A2 to justify the price. Perhaps just something as simple as reducing its recoil, its spread, and increasing its RoF to 750-800RPM.

tbf the acog is kinda jank for fast combat but ye m16 is a ironsights gun and its ironsights currently suck ass +1

I mean... I certainly wouldn't use it for close quarters (atleast not until they buff the hipfire accuracy for rifles), but it would DEFINETLY help for mid range combat. And we already have PLENTY of close quarters oriented weapons.
