Let's be honest. soon as i come back. server is dead as a ghost town. more dead than alive. So what you supposed to do? add more content, i mean you could but what about this.
Dispatch: A playable dispatch. seeing how Williard, synapse, and pinnacle has it. although dispatch will have to be rethought of. and mostly discussed by me and staff members about how it will work. another class I would want to see is.
Cremator: Listen. we all seen it in other suggestions, and let be honest most deny it. yet it can work in this server alone. certain rules can be discussed on the server for it. but also how it will work. my guess, it will probably be a vote for it to be in CWU or a OTA Division. most likely in beta stage would be OTA Division for possible events of NPCs of necrotics.
Combine Advisor: You are going to say this 'they don't come into cities without a reason' and you might be right. but then again, it is half life 2 roleplay so adding advisors could have some passive rp potential. then again, it's up to you if you wish this or not. Of course, Advisor would be joint command for both OTA and Civil protection. HOWEVER! this may be employed by those who are very trusted and have VERY great rp potential. Advisor should be really, really handpicked like elite on OTA. this can be mostly on city administration. Only 1 may be on a time.

Now why these 3? I have many more ideals on the server and how we can increase activity like the old days. but maybe adding these could be a starter to get activity up high and with the server being dead.
Another reason/death of the server could be the map. C24 tends to crash a lot of clients due its instability. and possibly due to how much your PC can take before GMOD crashes and or causes a memory leak. I had that happen on the map. we can also call a vote on if people wish to switch the map or not. if yes, we find other infamous maps beside city 8.
