Rework night vision (maybe thermals too)

currently, night vision is utterly useless and thermal isnt that far to be useless due to the fact that you sacrifice a lot of your ability to see for, lot of time nothing since rebels almost always use the armor that shield them from NVGs (wich im not saying is a bad thing, since they were OP)

as you can see on the picture below NVG doesnt do anything and is almost worse than without NVG in low lights environnements
