Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you.
To start off, I've had experience as a supervisor, I was a OfC on a small Hl2rp server called "Project Citadel" (I'd wouldn't recommend going on there as its just old Triage but more racist now.) I am also very good at combat, I at least kill 2-3 rebels before I get critically injured or die. I'm good at making tactics and plans, like one time on Deep Gaming I gave the idea for a ST to distract the enemy while my ST pushed from the side, we did it and it was successful. All of them were dead and no assets lost. I'm also decent at RP, and I'm not a hard ass when it comes to new people, but I am when they know what they are doing is wrong.
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?
I tell the OWS that we don't use those codes, and ask him if he's been trained at all. If he continues to do it, there while be mild punishment's, but the more he does it the harsher the punishment is.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?
I tell the EOW to stop speaking to the citizen, and I scold him on it as they should know better. If it persists I will punish them.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?
Assets shouldn't be patrolling the OZ by themselves anyways, but if my ST had just died, I would book it back to the hardpoint and make or interlock to a different ST.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?
Deservice the EOW and if blacklist if necessary.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?
I'd give him 1 warning to shut up, if he doesn't I'd deservice the unit as that is non-cohesive and just annoying.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?
Deservice and possible blacklist depending on how bad it is.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA?
CCA must wait for condition Alpha.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?
Tell anyone in my ST to move to the ping and start heading that way, unless where busy finishing up something at the moment, then I would tell ST# is doing _____ will be there in 2 cycles.
The city is in Civil, however you see a bunch of civilians running across Upper Assembly train tracks. As a supervisor what do you do?
CCAs problem, we can only deploy to catwalks on Marginal+, of course I'd tell CCA the problem on radio.
