Accepted Should City Administrator be Whitelisted?

Please post your opinions on whether CA should be whitelisted. We are looking into allowing the CA to control more things throughout the city, such as utilities. With changes like this, the position would become more privileged and may need vetting like a whitelist application.

+1 especially with the ideas I've heard. Could lead to much more consequential decisions and a more interactive city as well as full on immersion for citizens.

I strongly believe this should work as other factions, having a non whitelisted role and then whitelisted with more authority and control over the city
