Why are you applying for this position?:
It is of my personal belief that I am capable and equipped to lead the MPF as the rank of Divison Leader.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
I am experienced and competent and I am willing to commit more time and effort to this server. I am sociable enough and equipped to mentor and train Civil Protection units to enact their duties and perform to the fullest of their capability. I am ready to mold the MPF into a respectable and professional fighting force as a leader. I plan to fight a long side the units that I lead and have molded.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
I have experience leading in Gmod since 2017, with 6,416 hours in Gmod currently. I have played multiple Serious RP servers (including HL2RP) and it's hard to name them all but to name a few, Definitive Networks CvR, Imperial Gaming WW2 Frontlines, Deep Gaming HL2RP, Deep Gaming SCP RP, Multiple Star Wars RP servers and CWRP servers, and I had about 4000 xp on Impulse and was on the staff team.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
I can be active most days from 4-9 PM EST, and I do not work weekends so I can be on at my leisure Saturday and Sunday.
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes, and I am willing to use it.
Scenarios
You’re in nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
I immediately issue a demerit for his activity, and I inform him of his punishment, if he continues it would result in a derank and loss of privelages.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?:
I simply send a radio message telling him to suspend, and that this is his final warning.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:
I teach them the proper charges that they are supposed to issue, give him the handbook and tell him to read it thoroughly, and set him under my personal lead for the remainder of the hour or so.
