Why should we pick you over other candidates?
You should select me as a new OvC because I know how to properly be a team leader and a leader of big groups of people, I have experience as an officer in other groups that aren't related to Garry's mod, but the experience I got from there gives me a lot of new opportunities, and this is one of them and I wish to take it.
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?
First I would tell the OWS to stop transmitting 10 codes and to uniform at HPR-1, after he arrives my location I have a conversation with him explaining that the overwatch units don't use 10 codes because they are strictly restricted to Civil Protection and OTA must not use them, they use more directly words and don't use codes most of the time, except for the code words that are written in the handbook, but that's it.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?
I would tell him to uniform at HPR-2 instantly, I would be more strict with him since he's an EOW and he should know very well the regulations and that we can't speak to citizens as OTA units, I give him a warning about that and I would explain him very quickly how It works, after he understands I tell him to return to his normal duties.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?
I would quickly send a waypoint to the rest of the assets active and I would report about the incident, I stay near the entrance and I would stay alert in case the anti citizen or other possible anti citizens might leave the building, while the rest of the assets come to my waypoint I think of a plan to engage these anti citizens with the best strategy, after the rest of the assets arrive I would quickly tell em the plan and if they understood we execute the plan in order to amputate the anti citizens.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?
Since the EOW refuses to listen to orders, I would sign the unit as an autonomous unit and I would let the staff or any high supervisory rank in-game to solve the issue.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?
I would quickly ask in TAC-1 if any Civil Protection Supervisory Rank is online, if there's one I would inform him about the issue and I would give the the tag of the unit (EXAMPLE: TAP-38) and I would tell him to solve this issue, in the case that there are no supervisory ranks online I would tell him to resume with his normal duties, and I take the steam ID and the unit tag to inform any supervisory rank out of the game to give him his disciplinary action properly.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?
I would approach to the CA and I would report about the issue to any high rank online, if there are none I would tell the CA to suspend, if he doesn't comply I would de-service him.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await from OTA?
CCA must stand by once they're done with their duties and await for OTA to confirm the amputation of every threat confirmed, after this is informed the OTA units return to the nexus and the CCA units stand by for de-escalation of city code.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?
I would tell my entire ST to enroute to that condition Alpha instantly and line up for directions or anything the ordinal wishes to say.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to eachother inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation?
I would whisper with my units (since talking makes a robotic sound and it can reveal our position) and I would give em a plan on how to solve this, after the plan is ready and my assets are ready to inject I would tell em to throw 2 tear gas and I throw a flashbang grenade, once everything is done I would inject with my assets to sterilize the anti citizens.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation?
I would proceed to inform my ST about the shadow raid and I would log it on discord, after that I would tell them to refresh and resolve and to make ready, once everything is prepared and done I proceed with the SR and my ST to inject and amputate any threat on sight, after that I would tell my ST to ripcord immediately to HPR-2.
