You have something you wish to say or are you here just to bug me?
You have something you wish to say or are you here just to bug me?
thisyeah no i'm not even gonna type why or give constructive criticism because it's already been done on the previous thread, also you rarely play the server idk whats with these constantly bad suggestions and beliefs you make when you dont have valid experience to be commenting about them. its getting absurd :/
about the 'make apt storage boxes access only non-illegal stuff' i'll make a quick simple brief. is this a current issue to be focusing on it? has a single soul complained about it in-game? does it reduce RP at all whatsoever? because from what i've seen, there's barely anything happening asides from the time to time combat. even during the times of no combat theres no RP so theres absolutely no reason to add onto killing the server further by adding another hassle with the 20 others rebels have to deal with (random searches, 404 zone exit vulnerability, ability for combine to search bodies, the hours of grinding getting loot just for such a risk of complete loss within seconds, etc etc etc.)
the irony of "reduce the amount of combat so it increases RP" meanwhile the empty times of nothing going on, theres no RP and straight boredom till some people decide to Rebel. yall gotta rally together and start them, not do these gameplay additions that just kill the server further because lets be real, combat and action has been carrying the server. i swear to God the amount of times i've seen MPF having skill issue is insane it really is not a gameplay issue LOL and i have video recordings to back up the horrendous tactics and strategies i've seen Combine use. let's be so fr, combine mains enjoy combat as much as the next person, if they were never able to die and always won they'd never complain about it but instead enjoy it way more
i agreed with the rebel suit timer, i agreed with the removal of straight up dropping rebel suits to bypass the unequip, etc, but i will not stand with this one.
the server needs ADDITIONAL CONTENT. not changes or "balancing" right now, things seem currently fine- why gamble with fixing something thats not broken...

Aight. Do i think people are definitely gonna try? Yes. Do i think we can take measures to make sure they cant sell them for cheap or atleast not spam them? Also yes.-Support
Knowing certain rebel players, a few people would make good money selling these for cheap, completely beating the purpose of them
The only good way to prevent the behavior of getting all gear from within an apartment would be to remove the rebel suit items entirely, and go back to the default lockers only.
make it so the box just acts as the current storage where u can pull illegal items out but if cp's destroy them u don't lose anything that was in the storage bascially an ender chestI see this suggestion is a hit or miss with some, I’m gonna suggest my own idea on top of this. Maybe this’ll work maybe not but let’s see.
Say you own a apartment in the city you cannot pull illegal stuff out of your storage, would it be ideal to say craft a illegal storage chest now lets say this item you can craft from the basics material but maybe just maybe one additional piece sold from the BMD or just maybe who knows a CWU Commercial Vendor. And this illegal box you can place down and it counts as a storage box like the Rebel Base Box or the Current Apartment Box. Now this box once you place it down that’s it (could be possible to change but let’s hear thoughts) and since it’s placed down now people can use it and Civil Protection can Destroy it. I say this would be interesting because it could help bring some RP but also bring strategizing Rebel Attacks within the City. I only suggest this because in RP the city and the outlines should be the hardest to attack because of pure strength and forces not just (skill issues) But this was my attempt of a different idea to this suggestion. But I’m not +1 / -1.
Aight perhaps i didnt make myself clear. Thats literally my intent. It says so in the title and everything.make it so the box just acts as the current storage where u can pull illegal items out but if cp's destroy them u don't lose anything that was in the storage bascially an ender chest
Outside of having to get a special component from the BMD (Thats actually not a bad idea. It makes it so we can make the box have both a material AND a credit requirement) All of what you said is already my intent. I guess i should have explained it in my OG post better but i thought most of this was self explanatory. No you worded it well I’m just expressing my opinion yk lolOutside of having to get a special component from the BMD (Thats actually not a bad idea.
