Tokens can only be earned in-game and cannot be purchased.
Exchanging Tokens
Mentioned in the Unturned Commands guide,
/pay can be used to give another player tokens.
Buying Items
Use
/buy <item name or ID> to purchase an item. You can use
/cost <item name or ID> to see the token amount before purchasing.
