Q: Why should we pick you over other candidates?
A: I have previous experience with OTA on several HL2RP servers. I possess strong knowledge of combat tactics, team coordination, and leadership. I have also served as a Supervisor on other servers, including Complexity and Digital Server, among others.
In addition, I have contributed to the creation and revision of faction handbooks, and I have even created a complete handbook independently.
If necessary, I can provide proof of my work as well as witnesses who can confirm my contributions.

Specific Questions
Q:An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?
A:I would warn the unit to stop using 10-codes and correct them that OTA units do not use 10-codes and that they are exclusive to Civil Protection and say that was informed on the Handbook. If the unit is unfamiliar the handbook or is new to the faction, I would provide them with the Overwatch Handbook and explain the relevant section if necessary. If the unit continues using 10-codes after receiving warnings and guidance, I would mark the unit as defunct.
Q:A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?
A:I would order the EOW unit to cease communication with the citizen immediately and remind them that Overwatch units are not permitted to communicate with citizens in that manner. If necessary, I would provide the handbook and instruct them to review it to ensure they understand all rules. If the behavior continues after multiple warnings, I would mark the unit as defunct.
Q:You are a alone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?
A:I would report to the Civil Protection about Anti-Citizen activity in the sector and request reinforcements to my vector. Once a sufficient number of units arrive, I would wait for them initiating any action. If Civil Protection units are not the only available, I would ripcord since engaging alone is not recomended, and report the situation to Overwatch.
Q:An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?
A:I would order the EOW unit to suspend their current actions and ripcord back to the HPR immediately. If the unit refuses to comply with direct orders, I would mark them as defunct.
Q:An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?
A: I would remain professional and avoid engaging in the argument. I would contact a Civil Protection supervisor and allow them to handle the situation. I would also remind the unit about NLR (New Life Rule), as they are acting on information from a previous life, which violates server rules.
If no Civil Protection supervisor is available, I would order the unit to cease their behavior. If they continue after being warned, I would mark them as defunct if necessary.
Q:A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?
A: I would order the CA to cease all uncohesive behavior immediately. If the CA continues after being warned, I would move to their vector, defunct them, and report that the deserviced CA was unfit for their role.
Q:Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA?
A:Civil Protection must wait for OTA units to ripcord to their designated vector for Condition Alpha to be completed before the city can be returned to Civil status
Q:You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?
A:I would acknowledge the ODL's command and immediately move with my ST to the designated vector.
Q:You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to each other inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation?
A: I would activate Code Midnight-Zero and coordinate with my ST. I would position my assets at the available exits and prepare for a coordinated breach. If a MACE unit is present, they would take point due to the close-quarters engagement. Before breaching, I would determine whether flashbangs or smoke grenades would provide a tactical advantage. If smoke is used, I would instruct all units to switch to thermal vision.
Once preparations are complete, we would breach and clear the structure. After securing the area, I would order any contraband to be collected from the Anti-Citizens and then either continue the operation or ripcord, depending on the stage of the OZ sweep.
Q:A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation?
A: I would establish a ST and order all available assets to assemble at the HPR in preparation for a Shadow Raid. Once all units are accounted for and Overwatch has been informed of the rogue unit's presence, the team would deploy into the Storm System and move toward the rogue's last known vector for amputation.
Before deployment, I would brief all participating assets to avoid any communications once on SS, avoid engaging citizens, biotics, and necrotics unless they pose a direct threat to the team or obstruct the mission and to avoid change the Objective direction. Once the rogue unit has been amputated, all assets would be ordered to ripcord back to the HPR. If the majority of the ST is being killed during the operation, I would also order or inform(in case st leader got killed) to them immediate ripcord.
