So basically, seeing as there is like only 1 or 2 people with the VICE role in the DC, it leads me to the assumption that VICE is dead right now, therefore I am making a petition for ways that this can become less of an issue, I also want people who DO have a VICE Whitelist to have more reasons to be deployed. If you think about it, VICE is just a worse OTA, the fact being they can't even be in service, whilst OTA can freely stand around. So to fix this issue, I am suggesting for VICE and Future Whitelist Combat Divisions, that sometimes said Divisions can host a random Application Phase, essentially a form, Title would be like CP Divisional Whitelist Application, and you can pick what division you wish to have a whitelist for, the rank requirement will stay the same, OfC+. Unless Imperial or someone else has other plans in mind as far as the requirements go, or maybe like a certain limit to how many spots there are in the VICE Division. If my suggestion is approved, hopefully this will make it so VICE and future divisions can have more activity and members, also so that the discord roles aren't actively turning into dust right now.
