Accepted Voiceline replacement

Replace the current voiceline used for "ripcord" with this one: "npc/combine_soldier/vo/ripcordripcord.wav"
its more urgent and would fit the use of this voiceline better in my opinion

I will archive this thread now, no point in keeping it open since it's a relatively very small addition that does not need further review/clarification.
