Denied Vortigaunt Suggestion

I think Vort should be gotten through a whitelist and not just XP since Vortigaunt to me at least is a RP Class It should also have some sort of system of newer vorts and older vorts

Currently, we view the Vort class as a special role that our donors can enjoy. We do not plan to make the faction whitelist only.
