Other Willard Networks Playermodel V1 Addon

The model pack listed below contains citizen and MPF models that are preferred by a majority of players I speak to, as well as my own CP Supervisory command, and would match our citizens texture quality with our MPF while also allowing us the ability to code in clothing more easily with readily-bodygrouped models. The models contain a large amount of customization and even new players to the server have mentioned them to me in conversations.

Willard Networks also has some well made OTA that could be utilized with these models should our OTA deem it necessary, and would even match the currently used models as Willard's OTA models include transitionary ordinal-esque models and are intended to fit the pack.
