Why are you applying for this position?: I'm currently attempting to apply for this position because I've seen some units lack professionalism (killing everyone they see, racism and being non-cohesive). And I would attempt to expand my experience on the server.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: If I get into this position, I would attempt to provide trainings for the lower-ranking units to make them more educated in being a MPF units. Second, I would ensure that other units are staying professional and cohesive while they're on duty.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Currently, I'm an i2 on the DeepGaming server. Like 4 months ago , I started to get interested in the combine. Before, I mostly mained as a civilian or a rebel.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: I will most likely be active on weekends, my timezone is GMT 3+.
Do you have a working microphone?: Currently, I don't have a working microphone.
Scenarios
You’re in nexus, and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: First of all, I would warn and re-educate the i4 unit to cease shouting and insulting me and other units, and at the same time, I would attempt to find out why he was insulting other units. If he continues insulting and shouting at other units, he'll be demerited.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I would warn him to stay cohesive while he's still an MPF unit. If he doesn't comply to the orders and still stays non-cohesive, I would need to re-educate him inside nexus and give him a demerit. And if he still stays non-cohesive he'll be deserviced.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:Firstly, I would ask him what the civilian did. And at the same time, I would attempt to teach the i4. The charges against the civilian will be removed and changed. And in the end I'll send the i4 the handbook
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would immediately ask the OfC to uniform in nexus. After uniforming in nexus. He'll be asked why he deserviced a unit. After giving an improper reason to deservice someone, he'll be immediately removed from his position as an OfC and he'll be blacklisted for the right amount of time. The unit that got deserviced will earn his rank back.
