This has been resolved in the latest update with the new Brewing Barrel interface

The latest update includes a new NPC patrol/wandering system that will help with this. In the future it'll be enhanced further to include squads & communication between NPCs such as Combine Soldiers.

Recoil/crosshair kick up have been adjusted in the latest update. Tested the current damage and it kills both a fast and regular headcrab in 1-2 shots with it usually being 1. Feel free to make a new suggestion in the future if you still believe the AR2 needs further adjustments.

Fuel selling price has been increased in the latest update. Keep in mind the Fisherman will also buy fuel, his trades can vary but it does go up to 800.

Our version of the City 24 map has both a nav mesh and AI nodes in the outlands. Issue I've found from testing the patrol addon linked is that it has a memory leak that can take up over 32 GB of RAM and crash the server. We'll have to implement our own approach to fix this.
